Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing complex data sets: Utilize your expertise in data analysis to extract insights from large datasets, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.
• Developing data visualizations: Create engaging and informative data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, and business partners.
• Conducting A/B testing and experimentation: Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation to measure the impact of different business strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product teams, marketing, and sales to develop data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends: Stay current with the latest developments in data analytics, machine learning, and AI, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field: A degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis: Proven experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical modeling, data visualization, and data storytelling.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, or R: Proficiency in at least one of these programming languages is required, with experience in data manipulation, data visualization, and data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Scene, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, and other similar tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field: A master's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Experience with machine learning and AI: Familiarity with machine learning and AI techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, is highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms: Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable.
• Certifications in data science or analytics: Certifications in data science or analytics, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), are highly desirable.
