Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Data Entry Representatives to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, and working with internal departments to meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for data entry in various platforms and will be required to have excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability * Work with internal departments to meet customer needs * Data entry in various platforms * Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Meet productivity and quality standards * Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience (not required) * Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work * Solid outgoing personality with superior interaction abilities and great work principles * Data entry and strong business abilities * Effective listening and analytical abilities, with the capability to summarize details and deal with solutions * Experience with personal computer and at least a standard functioning degree typing capability * Professional and positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently * Excellent time management and administrative abilities with a keen focus to detail
