Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including data entry, data management, and data analysis

  • Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and other communication channels
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, calendar management, and record-keeping
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and administration
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or a related field
  • Excellent data entry skills, including accuracy and speed (minimum 30 words per minute)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
