Job Summary

As an Apple Specialist - Retail Customer Service and Sales, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, advising and selling Apple products, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. You will work closely with your store team members to foster a culture of inclusivity and excellence, and you will be provided with comprehensive training to ensure your success. Your success will be measured by team and individual productivity, as well as overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, advising and selling Apple products to meet customers' needs

• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring a clean and organized store environment
• Work closely with store team members to foster a culture of inclusivity and excellence
• Stay up-to-date on news about Apple products and initiatives, applying your learning in customer interactions
• Perform other roles within the store, such as maintaining inventory and assisting team members
• Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge
