Job Summary
We're seeking a highly experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities
As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and responsibilities, including:
- Providing excellent customer service to commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
- Assisting clients with claims processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted efficiently
- Supporting the audit process by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and ensuring accurate reporting
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of renewal documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing of renewals
- Managing and maintaining accurate invoicing and billing records for clients, addressing any discrepancies that may arise
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for commercial clients
- Providing guidance to clients on policy changes, coverage options, and endorsements
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and procedures
- Experience in claims assistance, audits, renewals, and invoicing is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
