Job Overview

As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, delivering precise information regarding products and services, scheduling appointments, cultivating and updating a knowledge base, recording customer contact details, and summarizing chat interactions. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional online support, ensuring that customers have a seamless and engaging experience with our dealer clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, responding promptly and professionally to all queries.

  • Deliver precise information regarding products and services via chat interactions, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Schedule appointments by discerning customer needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Cultivate and update a knowledge base reflecting our constantly evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Record customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client follow-up, ensuring that our dealer clients have the information they need to succeed.
  • Summarize chat interactions based on customer requirements for client evaluation, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills

* Exemplary customer service skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional online experiences.

  • Strong decision-making and analytical acumen, with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in internet and window-based computer applications, with experience in CRM software and online chat platforms.
  • Fast typing skills, ideally at least 35 WPM, with the ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, but not mandatory.

  • A minimum typing speed of 35 WPM is required; 40 WPM or higher is preferred.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary.
  • Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or similar customer service role is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
