Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely, effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional, courteous manner
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to identify and address customer needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills

Weekend Shift Differential:
$10.50 per hour
Incentive Plan:
Earn up to an additional $570 per month contingent upon meeting all metrics (call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence) after training
Paid Training:
Comprehensive training program scheduled Monday-Friday (open availability)

Proficiency in live chat software and customer service platforms
Online Customer Support:
Experience providing exceptional customer support via multiple channels (live chat, email, phone)
Problem-Solving Skills:

Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear, concise manner
Customer Service Experience:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
