Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing exceptional support to our clients, and driving business growth through innovative solutions. Primary Responsibilities
* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure exceptional service delivery

- Provide exceptional support to clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions

Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Proven leadership skills, with experience leading a team or managing projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
