Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our ACS Asset Scheduling team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, developing data-driven solutions, and implementing process improvements that drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing complex business problems and developing data-driven solutions to drive operational excellence
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes that drive results
• Developing and maintaining predictive models and analytics to inform business decisions
• Identifying and analyzing data sources to support business needs
• Developing and presenting complex reports and analyses to senior leaders
• Supporting complex cycle improvement and project management initiatives
• Presenting findings to OAP and specialty unit leaders, including senior leaders
• Serving as an internal subject matter expert to partners and providing insights to drive results
• Ensuring the well-being and safety of self and others is always the top priority

• Developing predictive models and analytics to inform business decisions
• Analyzing asset use and identifying more efficient arrangements
• Presenting related to the execution of asset scheduling drives
• Analyzing the latest trends in ACS asset scheduling
• Developing complex reports and analyses with guidance from leaders
• Supporting complex cycle improvement and project management initiatives
• Presenting findings to OAP and specialty unit leaders, including senior leaders
• Serving as an internal subject matter expert to partners and providing insights to drive results

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

* Experience with scientific tools, such as SQL, Python, and R, required

• Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, and ability to manage complex cycles with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and decisively determined reports and presentations for senior leaders
• Be a self-starter, meticulous, and perform well under pressure
• Ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment required
• Experience with MS Office required
• Reliably prioritizes the well-being and safety of self, others, and personal data
• Embraces diverse individuals, perspectives, and styles
• Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
