As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for Homesite-CONNECT customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their service issues, requests, and account information.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

• Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services, facilitating efficient self-service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to company or product policies and systems, as well as simple usability issues raised by customers.
• Refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners, ensuring seamless resolution.
• Collaborate with coaches and team members to process requests and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

* 2+ years of experience providing customer-focused solutions or support in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
• Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong understanding of virtual collaboration tools and technologies.

* Competitive hourly rate of $25.00, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

* Primarily home-based role, with 80% of work time spent working from home, proximate to one of our office locations.

Travel Requirements

* Up to 10% travel required, with opportunities for in-person engagement and team-building activities.

Internet Connection Requirement

* Hardwired (Ethernet) connection to the internet with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload required.

• Wi-Fi connections are not acceptable for this role.

Licenses

* P & C License strongly preferred, but not required. Employees are expected to pass their state's P & C license exam within 12 months.

Shifts & Scheduling

* Shifts will cover a portion of our hours of operation from 7am - 10pm CT.

• Set daily hours will include every third Saturday and 9-hour Mondays with a shortened day during the week to ensure 40 hours.
