Job Summary

As a Hybrid Customer Service Consultant, you'll work in our Evansville, IN office for 3-4 days a week and remotely from home for 1-2 days a week. You'll be responsible for handling telephone and virtual customer contacts, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional support through various channels. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle telephone and virtual customer contacts to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize various tools and systems, including telephone, email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat, to provide effective resolutions and meet customer needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Engage with third-party vendors and suppliers to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Remain proficient in billing, rate plans, and feature matters to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Identify, track, and trend issues to root cause elimination and implement process improvements to enhance customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills with the ability to type at least 40 wpm
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work in an evolving environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a hybrid remote and on-site work environment

  • Knowledge of billing, rate plans, and feature matters, with the ability to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and suppliers to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Education Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Experience Requirements

* At least one year of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment

Compensation and Benefits

* The Premier Service Consultants earn a competitive hourly rate of $19.61

  • You will also receive a $2,500.00 sign-on bonus paid out in three installments as follows:

+ First $500 payment 30 days after hire date + Second $1,000 payment 6 months after hire date + Third $1,000 payment 1 year after hire date
