Key Responsibilities

- Handling all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a prompt, professional, and well-spoken manner

- Directing customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- Availability to work Monday through Sunday from 8:30am to 7pm, or any variation during open business hours
- Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, with regular attendance being an essential job function
