Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Benefits and Payroll Support

Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing outstanding support and assistance to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. You'll be working in a fully remote environment, and we'll provide you with all the necessary equipment to ensure your success. This is an ongoing temporary position, and the hours can vary from part-time to up to 40 hours per week during peak times.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment
- Solve customer issues regarding employee benefits, researching problems and processing documents
- Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics
About You
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience
- Strong typing and basic computer skills
- A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word (nice to have)
- Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll (nice to have)
- Call center experience (nice to have)
