The Role
As a Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities when needed. This is a full-time position that requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Handle emergency signals and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Notify and verify alarm signals to ensure accurate and efficient response
- Dispatch the proper authorities when necessary, following established protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex policies and procedures
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Previous experience in the alarm monitoring industry or a related field
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Schedule and Availability
We offer a range of shifts, including 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am). As a full-time employee, you'll be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
