Responsibilities
As a Remote Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients via phone, email, and chat support
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Key Skills and Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment

- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
