Job Summary

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients, responding to inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility and work-life balance, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.

• Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Address questions related to orders placed by customers, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to complete their transactions.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service and to resolve any outstanding issues.
• Complete after-call information and data entry to the system, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately recorded and analyzed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Must currently reside in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
• Reliable high-speed internet required with the ability to be hard-wired.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex customer issues.
