This position is part of the Centers and Gates or Stations Team within the Client Experience Division at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring a high-performing team by driving, engaging, training, and developing talented colleagues. You'll also support your team's efforts in creating a safe, reliable, and on-time operation while delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do

Drive Operational Excellence

+ Establish a culture that focuses on our talented colleagues and celebrates team triumphs + Lead airport teams to perform their work in a safe, efficient manner, and in compliance with Regulatory, state, and local guidelines, including FAA and other government agencies

Provide Exceptional Team Support

+ Offer cutting-edge team support through various channels to deliver unparalleled client service + Mentor and guide talented colleagues in skill development, client care excellence, and company culture behaviors

Foster a Culture of Respect and Trust

+ Advance a climate of shared respect and trust between talented colleagues + Establish and advance powerful relationships with external and internal clients that cultivate empathy, authenticity, trustworthiness, respect, and nobility

Lead and Support Team Performance

+ Provide the direction and suitable support structure using effective resources to empower the team to deliver superior performance + Evaluate operational climate and conditions to ensure corporate and local scorecard metrics are met through collaboration across divisions and levels

Be Flexible and Adaptable

+ Ability to work additional hours when operational needs arise + Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and days off

Minimum Qualifications

+ Training and Previous Professional Experience + High School Diploma or GED Equivalency

Preferred Qualifications

+ Past airport customer service experience + 2 years of experience leading others + Knowledge of company policies and procedures and functional automation applications

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

+ Ability to extract the best performance from the workforce through proactive employee engagement and support for a comprehensive work environment + Ability to effectively listen – focusing completely on what others are saying, carving out time to understand the points being made, asking questions as necessary + Decisive ability to reason – using logic and thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, outcomes, or approaches to problems + Ability to monitor and evaluate the performance of self, colleagues, and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action + Strong critical thinking skills + Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively + Ability to work under demanding operational circumstances + Ability to focus on and execute with a need to start and accuracy + Ability to use sound business judgment to resolve issues with internal and external clients + Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. + Has USPS freedom or the ability to obtain USPS clearance. USPS has a five-year US residency requirement.
