Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Specialist to provide on-site support to our clients at various research locations. As a key member of our research team, you'll be responsible for engaging in live chat conversations with clients, providing prompt and efficient support, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging in live chat conversations with clients and providing prompt and efficient support
  • Answering any questions or concerns related to the research project, procedures, and protocols
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records of all chat conversations and client interactions
  • Collaborating with the research team to ensure all client inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately
  • Communicating updates or changes in research procedures to clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
