As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers via phone, email, and chat. As a Customer Service Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:- Responding to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing assistance with baggage tracking, loyalty programs, and general flight-related queries.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Documenting all interactions and actions taken in our customer service platform.
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex policies, promotions, and travel procedures to provide accurate and timely information.
- Delivering a personalized and positive experience for each customer you assist.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:- High school diploma or GED required; higher education or related certifications are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service tools (previous experience with CRM software is a plus).
