Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist - EMEA Region, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to our customers across multiple channels, including tickets, chat, email, and online meetings
  • Collaborating with our Level 2 (L2) team to troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions
  • Helping to resolve API-related problems and technical issues that may arise
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Performance Messaging and our solutions to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • A strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or software-related industry
