Job Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service/Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat
  • Troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues (technical support)
  • Responding to inquiries related to account details, products, and services
  • Navigating through multiple systems and tools when helping customers
  • Recommending product solutions for unique customer needs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
  • Problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check with satisfactory results

Work from Home & Equipment Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

  • A quiet and distraction-free location within your home
  • Access to high-speed internet service through a hard-wired connection (i.e., via ethernet cable)
  • Company-provided equipment, though you may be asked to supply your own monitor

Candidates residing within 50-miles of an arenaflex location may be asked to work onsite.
