The Role

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails. Your primary goal will be to build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest technology, maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services, and communicate effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails

  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What You Need to Succeed:

* Fluent Swedish, Danish B2, and English B2 level is a must

  • Basic technical understanding
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Self-management skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have:

* Experience in customer service

  • Experience with CRM systems
