Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing clear and concise solutions to customer inquiries
  • Researching and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Accurately documenting call details, ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded and tracked
  • Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with customers, using clear and professional articulation
  • Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily, striving to exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A commitment to excellence and a positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in navigating computer applications, with experience in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • A desire to exceed customer expectations and grow professionally, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Previous healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of success in customer service

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience at a single job, preferably in customer service
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days
  • Have a typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
  • Have a secure, private work area at home
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
