You'll work closely with our team to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback, and adapt to diverse customer needs with empathy and patience. What You'll Be Doing
As a Virtual Assistant - Customer Success Representative, you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. You'll be working independently, but as part of a collaborative team, to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one.
Contract Length and Rate
* No fixed term contract
- $35 per hour rate
Skills and Background Needed
* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- Have 10+ hours availability per week
- Reliable internet connection
Hours per Week and Location
* 10+ hours per week
- Remote work online (United States preferred)
