Job Description
As a Senior Analyst, Informatics, you'll be responsible for designing and developing complex data entry solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and analyzing data to drive business decisions. Your primary objectives will include:
- Collaborating with internal teams and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs.
- Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating sophisticated reports, and performing data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients.
- Designing and developing packages for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
- Translating data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs.

Required Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
Required Education
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
