Position Overview

As an entry-level remote chat support representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our users navigate common issues and concerns through our user-friendly support system. This is a messaging-only role, perfect for individuals seeking a calm, flexible remote position with guaranteed weekly pay. You'll be working with a variety of users, providing guidance on topics such as login recovery, subscription questions, billing updates, and platform usage.

Core Responsibilities

As a remote chat support representative, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer support tickets through live chat and email systems
  • Guiding users through account setup, subscription management, and password resets
  • Using saved responses and templates for fast, accurate messaging
  • Escalating technical issues to specialized departments when needed
  • Recording all conversations with clear notes and appropriate internal tagging
  • Maintaining a calm, supportive, and professional written tone throughout

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Pay & Shift Details

* Starting wage: $25/hour

  • Increase to $30–$35/hour available after 30 positively reviewed shifts
  • Flexible shifts scheduled weekly. Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend blocks available. Minimum 15 hours/week.

Training Process

Our comprehensive training program includes:

  • 2-hour self-paced onboarding session
  • Practice chat/email scenarios with feedback
  • First live shift monitored by QA with coaching
  • Paid shifts typically begin within 3–5 days of completing training

Sample Shift Flow

During a Thursday 5 PM–10 PM shift, you'll assist one user in recovering their password, guide another through canceling a subscription, and help a third apply a discount code. All support is handled via chat—calm, fast, and fully remote.
