Job Summary
As a Virtual Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in engaging with warm, inbound leads and guiding clients through the process of choosing the right life insurance solutions. With our 100% scripted sales process and a 33% conversion rate from sat appointments to closed policies, you'll have the opportunity to drive real results and earn a high income potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle pre-qualified, inbound leads (no cold calling required)
- Use a step-by-step phone script to educate clients and recommend insurance products
- Provide exceptional virtual customer service and follow-up
- Submit applications electronically and manage client information in CRM
- Attend weekly training and coaching sessions to grow your skills
What We're Looking For
• Active life insurance license (required)
- Background in customer service, inside sales, or call center roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a service-first mindset
- Ability to follow a script and stay organized in a remote environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong follow-through
Essential Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, inside sales, or call center roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
