Job Summary

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, and answering order questions. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Supervisor to build a successful brand and exceed customer expectations. This is a temporary, part-time position, and you'll be expected to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday evenings (2pm-10pm EST). Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and create a seamless experience for customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis

• Communicate with new and potential customers to guide them through the shopping experience
• Answer order questions and provide solutions to customer inquiries
• Work closely with the Customer Success Supervisor to build a successful brand and exceed customer expectations
• Meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers every day
• Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role

• Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
• Must have access to consistently stable internet connection
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry

• Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience with social media and online platforms
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
