Experienced Customer Service Specialist – Consumer Finance and Mortgage Products

We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a liaison between our customers and our organization, you'll provide product/service information, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns regarding arenaflex's consumer finance and mortgage products through incoming phone calls and email.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our customer service team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our Servicing Manager to ensure that our customers receive timely and accurate information about our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and send payoff quotes to customers, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Respond to incoming customer emails within target timelines, providing clear and concise answers to their questions and concerns.
  • Research and resolve complicated customer account issues, working closely with our internal teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Provide solutions for all clients and educate them on our products, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their options and the benefits of our services.

### Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to quickly learning new systems and processes.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Positive attitude and ability to deal with clients at all stages of the process, from initial inquiry to resolution.
  • Ability to provide solutions for all clients and educate them on our products, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their options and the benefits of our services.
  • Previous mortgage or consumer finance experience is preferred, but not required.

### Additional Information:

  • Compensation: $17.75/HR
