About the Role

As a Senior Product Engineer on our Customer Center team, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, shipping, and supporting end-to-end features and products that enhance the customer support experience for mobile app developers. You'll work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop web-based tools with a focus on user experience and customer support

  • Collaborate with the Customer Center team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features and products
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and other technical components
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and help shape the technical direction of the team
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with a focus on web development and customer support

  • Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, with a strong understanding of API security and scalability
  • Proficiency in writing and debugging SQL, with experience working with databases and data modeling
  • Experience shipping user-facing, frontend products in React, with a focus on user experience and performance
  • Excellent command of at least one mainstream programming language, with experience working with frameworks and libraries
  • Strong understanding of testing practices, with experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, with experience working in a fully-remote culture

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer support, with a focus on resolving complex issues and improving customer satisfaction

  • Experience in mobile app development, with a focus on subscription management and customer support
  • Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, and other technical components
  • Experience using arenaflex for a production app, with a deep understanding of our products and services
