Experienced Customer Success Working Student – AI Technology Optimization and Vendor Partnership Support

Meet Your Team

Our Customer Success team at arenaflex is a collaborative and dynamic group of professionals who strive to deliver exceptional value to our vendors. We're responsible for digitizing food service distributors with our AI technology and digital ordering solutions, enabling them to run a more profitable and less wasteful business. With arenaflex AI, voicemail, email, and SMS orders are automatically processed into a vendor's system within seconds, streamlining their operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Success Working Student, you'll support our team in the following key areas:

• Vendor Data Analysis: Assist our Customer Success managers in analyzing vendor data and ensuring its accurate translation into the arenaflex AI user interface.
• Choco AI Model Training: Train our arenaflex AI model by processing orders before a partnership launch to ensure high accuracy levels.
• Perfect Order Examples: Provide our AI model with perfect order examples to accelerate the learning process.
• Choco AI Performance: Own the arenaflex AI performance post-launch and calibrate AI learning accordingly.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented working student with the following qualifications:

• Native German Speaker: Fluency in English is required.
• Data Entry Pro: You're a master of data entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Detail-Oriented: You take pride in high standards and enjoy the satisfaction of completing repetitive tasks.
• Clear and Efficient Communicator: Your ability to communicate clearly and efficiently will help streamline our processes and enhance team collaboration.
• GSuite Pro: Leverage your proficiency in GSuite, especially Google Sheets, to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Team-First Attitude: We value humility and team-first mentality, and your collaborative spirit will be a vital asset to our team.
• Hospitality/F&B Experience Welcomed: Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, bringing valuable insights and customer-focused skills.
