The Role As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing warm, responsive support across various channels, including email, chat, and phone. You'll build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the next step in their journey. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to learn and adapt quickly, will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities • Provide top-tier customer support across email, chat, and phone, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for every customer • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the next step in their journey • Utilize scripts and tools to create a seamless, high-quality customer experience • Assign leads to the right partner agents or teams, ensuring timely and effective follow-up • Troubleshoot questions or concerns with clarity and care, providing solutions that meet customers' needs • Flag issues to the Customer Engagement Operations Team as needed, ensuring prompt resolution • Participate in additional tasks to help maintain a smooth and efficient workflow The Ideal Candidate • Possesses excellent communication skills in spoken and written English • Can learn and adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and technologies • Has a minimum of 2+ years of customer support experience, including email, phone, and/or chat • Ensures a reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 50Mbps to facilitate video and VoIP calls • Holds a High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications • Experience using help desk software and remote support platforms • Familiarity with Google Workspace • Background in high-volume call environments • Basic real estate knowledge • B2B customer support experience What to Expect from the Interview Process • A recorded asynchronous video interview through Canvass • Meetings with Call Center Managers • Meetings with the Director of Call Center Operations Why Join arenaflex? • Competitive hourly pay of $16 USD/hour • Type: 1099 Independent Contractor • Duration: 3–6 months, with the possibility of extension • Schedule: Shifts available between 7 AM – 7 PM US Central Time • Location: Remote, USA only • Must be authorized to work as a 1099 contractor in the U.S. Benefits and Perks • Opportunity to work in a dynamic, remote environment • Chance to make a real difference in people's lives • Collaborative and supportive team culture • Professional growth and development opportunities • Competitive compensation and benefits package How to Apply If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, thrive in a remote environment, and are eager to join a dynamic team, we'd love to meet you.
