Job Summary

As an OnlyFans Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our creators and their audience through live chat interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their queries, and ensuring they have a positive experience on our platform. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a stable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries and interactions through live chat on the OnlyFans platform - Respond to customer messages, providing accurate and timely information on subscriptions, sales links, and discounts - Utilize scripted responses for frequently asked questions, ensuring consistent and informed support - Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for both creators and their audience

Essential Qualifications

- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently, adhering to provided guidelines and instructions - Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop) - Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours up to 40 hours according to your availability - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
