Responsibilities

As a skilled Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, problem resolution, and adherence to consumer laws. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Managing sales-related communications, including promotions, installations, and order follow-ups.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to educate customers about products, services, and organizational initiatives.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and surveys to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with consumer laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions, claims, and resolutions.
  • Assisting in training and guiding team members on customer service protocols and procedures.
  • Utilizing tools such as Adobe Flex and NIS to streamline customer service operations and communications.
  • Supporting planning processes by contributing to the development of customer-focused strategies.
  • Ensuring positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, promotions, and customer service best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Flex and NIS is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret and apply consumer laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Proven decision-making skills and the ability to work within established procedures.
  • Experience with analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvement plans.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing customer claims and documentation.
