The Role

As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be responsible for providing warm, responsive support across various channels, including email, chat, and phone. You'll build rapport with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the next step in their journey. You'll also use scripts and tools to create a consistent, top-tier customer experience, assign leads to the right partner agents or teams, and troubleshoot questions or concerns with clarity and care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support across email, chat, and phone

  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the next step in their journey
  • Use scripts and tools to create a consistent, top-tier customer experience
  • Assign leads to the right partner agents or teams
  • Troubleshoot questions or concerns with clarity and care
  • Flag issues to the Customer Engagement Operations Team as needed
  • Jump in on additional tasks to help keep things running smoothly

What You'll Bring:

* Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • 2+ years of customer support experience (email, phone, and/or chat)
  • Internet speed of at least 50Mbps to make video and VoIP calls
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Bonus Points:

* Experience using help desk software and remote support platforms

  • Google Workspace familiarity
  • Experience with high-volume call environments
  • Basic real estate knowledge
  • B2B customer support

What to Expect from the Interview Process:

* Recorded Asynchronous Video Interview through Canvass

  • Meet with Call Center Managers
  • Meet with Director of Call Center Operations
