Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling client inquiries via phone, email, or virtual meetings with a focus on delivering a 5-star customer experience
  • Educating customers on benefit options and policy information to ensure they have a clear understanding of their coverage
  • Scheduling virtual consultations with new and existing clients to discuss their insurance needs and goals

Minimum Requirements
