Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. You'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive business results
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including creating and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and pitches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business results
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention rates
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on customer relationships and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

* Experience working in a remote sales environment

  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business results
