Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Sales Representative to join our remote team and help us drive sales growth through exceptional customer engagement and relationship-building. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations to meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and coaching to ensure ongoing development and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services, or a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Certification in sales, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, such as the Challenger Sale or the SPIN Selling technique

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
