Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, account management, and issue resolution
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop targeted sales plans to capture new business
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet customers' needs, including product recommendations, pricing, and implementation support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

* Experience in a remote sales environment, with a proven track record of success in a virtual sales setting

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services, or a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or customer service, such as HubSpot or Salesforce certifications
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as salesforce.com or HubSpot
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, such as SPIN or Challenger Sales

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
