Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our members, clients, and facilities, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities in a professional and courteous manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide solutions and resolutions to customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer care skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and call handling time

Requirements

* 1 year of call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service and support

  • 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Basic typing and computer experience, with excellent navigational skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Must reside in the State of Rhode Island, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
