Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager for CoCounsel State & Local Courts, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving adoption and retention, and ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that meet the evolving needs of our government customers. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and growth for CoCounsel State & Local Courts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers, understanding their needs, pain points, and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs, develop solutions, and implement effective onboarding and training programs
  • Conduct regular business reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive customer success and growth
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's generative AI products and their applications in the government sector
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform customer success strategies and drive innovation

Requirements

* A law degree and/or substantial experience working with government/court customers

  • Experience working in legal technology and/or with AI-based software platforms
  • Strong presenting and communication skills with experience training and interacting with customers regularly
  • Proven track record of driving customer success, adoption, and retention in a B2B or B2G environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and navigate complex business environments
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Experience with customer success platforms and tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Certification in customer success, sales, or a related field
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
