Key Responsibilities
As a Dutch Customer Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support and service to clients in Dutch and English (B2)
- Maintaining high-quality standards and performance metrics
- Improving customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance customer experience and service delivery
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Language proficiency: Dutch (written and oral) and English (B2)
- Customer experience: Previous customer-facing experience in a similar role
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Personal qualities: Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
