As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be an integral part of this effort, providing clear and friendly assistance to customers seeking more information about our client's services.

Project Hours and Commitment

As a member of our team, you'll be working on a part-time basis, with a commitment of 20 hours per week. The project hours are as follows:

  • Monday - Friday, 6 am - 3 pm (All Times Pacific)

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling phone-based customer support in both Spanish and English
  • Providing clear and friendly assistance to customers seeking more information about our client's services
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing research skills to find solutions to complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Pleasant phone voice and excellent communication skills
  • Phone experience in a call center environment (preferred but not required)
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Passion for research and learning new things each day
  • Energetic and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of property taxes and tax reduction services (a plus, but not required)
