The Role

As a Customer Success Account Manager / Business Growth Coach, you'll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients, conducting daily 1-1 consultation sessions, and guiding clients on the development and execution of their growth action plans. You'll collaborate with our team of subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide targeted support, and you'll be expected to have a high level of business acumen, coaching skills, and digital marketing and sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Client Engagement and Progress Management: + Conduct in-depth, personalized video consultations to understand each client's current position and goals + Craft tailored action plans and provide ongoing support through regular progress reviews + Offer strategic guidance to ensure accountability and continuous advancement

  • Strategic Program and Client Optimization:

+ Deliver insightful analysis on client progress and overall program performance + Apply and continuously refine strategies in offer creation, marketing, and sales + Regularly audit and optimize client funnels, offers, pricing, and sales processes to maximize effectiveness and growth

  • Client Success Experience Management:

+ Oversee the end-to-end client experience and proactively implement improvements to maximize satisfaction and results + Act as a dedicated coach through 1:1 sessions, setting clear action plans and holding clients accountable + Provide targeted feedback via Slack and rapidly resolve challenges while reviewing key milestones

  • Marketing Resource Support:

+ Ensure the quality and effectiveness of client-created marketing materials through thorough review and refinement + Serve as a key resource within our digital community platforms, promptly addressing client inquiries and guiding them to the most relevant tools, content, and learning materials

Requirements

* At least 3 years of experience growing, coaching, or consulting businesses

  • Committed to helping others achieve their goals, even if it requires hard conversations
  • Ex-agency owner or extensive digital marketing and sales experience
  • Committed to learning and developing both technical and professional skills
  • Excited to be around high-performers and high in dynamic and fast-paced environments: you raise the bar every week

Benefits

* Compensation and perks: + Base retainer: US $5,000 - $10,000 / month + Standard band: $5,000 - $8,000 + Senior band: $7,000 - $10,000 for ex-agency owners with $10M+ PL experience

  • Upsells and X-sells: 7.5% on Sets Uncapped - your ceiling is your ambition
  • Deal bonuses: $1,000 - $3,000 for referrals (30-day rolling), $1,000 for "most monthly client deals closed", and fast-start bonus on deals closed within 45 days
  • Realistic OTE: $120,000 - $150,000+ in year 1
  • Equity / share scheme: invite after 12 months (subject to performance) - a rare path to ownership in a fast-scaling business
  • Professional growth: 1-to-1 executive coaching, $20,000 annual training budget, and continuous up-skilling at C-suite level
