Job Description

As a Customer Success Representative – EES Verification Fulfillment, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding general questions regarding the Verification Fulfillment service from clients
  • Providing service and platform training to clients
  • Consulting with clients on best Verification Fulfillment practices to achieve usage results
  • Coordinating handling of inquiries and disputes
  • Providing standard performance/usage reports
  • Coordinating internal support resources to solve identified concerns
  • Cross-collaborating with Sales, Implementation, Solutions, Product, and Data Operations to ensure our service and delivery delivers on 100% client commitments
  • Being a client advocate to address issues
  • Joining meetings to serve as Verification Fulfillment subject matter expert
  • Collaborating with other leaders on this multi-year, major strategic initiative to build a new business
  • Grasping new technologies and learning a new business

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* Experience managing multiple tasks and prioritizing multiple work items

  • Ability to remain flexible and comfortable with ambiguity within a constantly changing environment
  • Knowledge of human capital management systems or HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret data and present professional content to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a data and technology industry

  • Knowledge of Verification Fulfillment practices and industry trends
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics principles
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
