Key Responsibilities

As a Digital VA Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations efficiently
  • A strong ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • A reliable internet connection

Hours and Location

As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. We require a minimum of 10+ hours of availability per week, and you'll need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
