Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping our customers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service experiences

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to excel in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to commit to full attendance for a paid 3-week training period
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet is required; mobile internet service providers and satellite internet are not compatible)

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual, a plus (with a base pay of $17.00/hour, plus performance incentives)
