Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment: You'll work closely with our development team to ensure seamless application deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Your expertise will help us identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Conducting remote workspace audits: Using webcam or phonecam technology, you'll conduct thorough audits of remote workspaces to identify areas for improvement. This will enable us to optimize our remote work setup, ensuring our team members have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Providing customer service and technical troubleshooting: You'll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your technical expertise, will enable you to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior call center experience with a multi-screen setup: You'll have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced call center environment, handling multiple screens and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • High-speed and reliable Internet connection: A stable and fast internet connection is essential for remote work, and you'll need to ensure your setup meets our requirements.
