The Role

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients' customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs
  • Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services

What You Bring to the Role

* Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
  • High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
  • Minimum six (6) months sales experience
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote

  • A base wage of $16/hr while studying for your state exam, with an increase to your base pay and eligibility for performance-based bonuses once licensed
