Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately transferring information into our database system, managing inventory, and performing various administrative tasks. If you're an accurate typist with excellent computer skills and a passion for organization, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including:

  • Data Entry: Use keyboard, optical scanners, or other office equipment to transfer information into our database system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Client Communication: Collect information directly from clients, employees, management, and enter information into the database with a high level of accuracy.
  • Spreadsheet Creation: Create accurate spreadsheets in Google Sheets to track and analyze data.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of heavy equipment, tools, materials, and other assets with precision and attention to detail.
  • Reporting: Create reports or retrieve data from our database system to support business decisions.
  • Data Backup: Perform regular backups of data to ensure business continuity.
  • Filing System: Maintain an organized filing system of original documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma/GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in Quickbooks Online and Google Workspace, with a basic understanding of databases and standard office equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, employees, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately enter and manage data.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science.
  • Certifications: Certifications in data entry, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Experience with Arenaflex Tools: Experience with arenaflex's proprietary tools and software.
